As a volunteer with Triple C Liverpool’s Elevate After School Club, you’ll play a key role in creating fun, enriching after-school experiences for primary-aged children in the Norris Green community. You’ll help set up and pack away activities, support children through crafts, games, outdoor play, and themed sessions, and contribute to a safe, inclusive space where every child can thrive after the school day ends.

Working closely with staff and fellow volunteers, you’ll assist with refreshments, engage with families, and help sessions run smoothly and joyfully. No previous experience is needed—full training and safeguarding induction are provided. What matters most is reliability, enthusiasm, and a caring attitude toward children and families.

This role offers a chance to develop hands-on experience in youth work, strengthen teamwork and leadership skills, and make a genuine impact in your local community. Triple C provides ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure you feel confident and valued as part of the Elevate team. Opportunity is Wednesday 3:00pm-5:30pm (term time only)..

Key responsibilities

Support the Elevate After School Club at Triple C Liverpool—a lively, creative space for primary-aged children to unwind, play, and learn after school. Assist with planning and delivering engaging themed sessions filled with games, crafts, and outdoor activities that inspire imagination and teamwork. Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. Build positive connections with children and families, contributing to the warm, welcoming community that defines Triple C. Work alongside staff and fellow volunteers to ensure sessions run smoothly and offer meaningful experiences that make a real difference after the school day ends.
