For Stress Awareness Month, we are keen to highlight the ways in which you can reduce stress.
One great method is to add physical exercise into your routine, which has been proven to improve sleep quality, mood and concentration as well as reducing anger, tension and stress.
We acknowledge that April is a particulary stressful time for students with upcoming exams and deadlines which is why we are offering students a free pass for our Sports Centre Gym! This is open to all LJMU students and can be used once, any time throughout the month of April.
Simply show your ticket confirmation email to a reception staff member at the sports centre.
