Book a Room
Here you can find out which rooms you can book, the policy in place for usage, and booking a room.
The President and Vice President of each society is given access to the JMSU Room Booking System at the beginning of the new academic year, in August. Here you can book a room in the Student Life Building for any of your society sessions, meetings or events. It will then be sent to be approved by our Societies Coordinator.
You can book the rooms from 6-9pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 1-9pm on Wednesdays.
Daytime bookings can be made as one-off requests every so often but regular daytime bookings will not be accepted as this is reserved for teaching times only unless for Wednesday afternoons from 1pm.
Please note that if you are a committee member for a sports team and would like a room booking please request access by contacting j.d.radin@ljmu.ac.uk.
