Mental Health & Wellbeing

Supporting. Listening. Strengthening.

At JMSU, your mental health and wellbeing matter. University life can be exciting, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our role is to help you understand your options, connect you with trusted support, and point you in the right direction. We don’t provide counselling or medical advice, but we will help you find professional support both within LJMU and beyond.

If you’re unsure where to start, get in touch and we’ll help you take the next step.
