Trampolining is a high-energy, fun-filled sport that combines fitness, coordination, and acrobatics. Whether you’re bouncing for exercise, mastering flips, or just enjoying the thrill of flight, trampolining offers a unique way to build strength, balance, and confidence. It’s a sport that welcomes all ages and skill levels, making every jump an exciting challenge.
Our Trampolining Club welcomes everyone — from first-time bouncers to advanced performers. We offer structured classes, technique coaching, and freestyle sessions designed to help you progress safely and have a blast. More than just a workout, we’re a lively and supportive community where fun and fitness go hand in hand. Bounce in — it’s more than trampolining, it’s a lifestyle.

LJMU Trampoline Club is all about having fun, no matter your ability or experience. Whether you've never stepped on a trampoline before or you've competed in the past, everyone is welcome. Our club offers something for everyone—some members come just for the training and socials, while others also take part in competitions. Even if you don’t want to compete, you're still encouraged to travel with the team, support at events, and join us for weekends away and social activities. This inclusive approach has worked brilliantly for us, creating a supportive and friendly atmosphere that we’re excited to continue this year. We regularly compete across the country through the NEUT League and take part in the BUCS National Competition, but the focus is always on enjoying ourselves, not just winning.
We train twice a week at the LJMU Sports Centre on Copperas Hill, right next to the Student Life Building and close to Lime Street Station. Our training sessions take place on Tuesdays from 8 to 10pm and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm. We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and bringing socks—jeans aren’t suitable, jewellery must be removed before bouncing, and long hair should be tied back. If you're unsure how to find the venue, feel free to reach out to us on Instagram or Facebook at LJMU Trampoline-Club, or contact us by email. We're more than happy to help. For more information and to meet the team in person, come visit our stall at the Freshers Fair on 27th September.
We’re a welcoming, lively club that thrives on supporting each other and making sure every session is fun and engaging. Whether you're aiming to learn something new, meet people outside your course, or simply want to be part of a community, we’ve got you covered. Our socials are full of laughs and unforgettable memories, and our training sessions are a great chance to try something unique and exciting. Even if you’ve never bounced before, our taster sessions are the perfect opportunity to give it a go. Join us to be part of something fun, friendly, and full of energy—we can't wait to meet you.
Each sports club is led by a student committee responsible for running the club, organising activities, and representing members. The committee is chaired by the Club Captain, with support from other elected roles.
