About Our Group

We are the LJMU Women's Lacrosse Club and we are currently competing in BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport). Our Women's 1 team are fighting to win the 24/25 season and we want YOU to help us achieve our dream!

Whatever your ability, we encourage you to sign up, come to our taster sessions and try a new sport you might've never heard of! Essentially, Lacrosse is played in a team of 10, where we work together to throw and catch the balls in our sticks and score in the opponent's goal!

Even if you don't want to compete straight away, you can train with us, learn something new and have fun doing so!

Key Information (When, Where, and How Often We Meet)

Training: Every Tuesday 7pm - 8:30pm @ North Liverpool Academy, Everton - accessible by the 17/17A bus from the City Centre.

Fixtures: Homes games @ TBC

**Away game location differs for each North West University we play**

Socials: Every Wednesday evening!

Why Should You Join Us?

Our team is much more than a game. We laugh, cry and scream at other teams together, pick each other up and support everyone for three years of our lives. You will make the BEST friendships through this team and will be a part of the LJMU sports community. Finally, at the end of the year, the university runs us to CROATIA for a week-long holiday to cause chaos with other UK sports teams and maintain our reputation as LJMUs best club!
