About Us

Welcome to the LJMU Korean Society! We are a passionate group dedicated to celebrating and sharing Korean culture, language, and traditions. Our society provides a friendly and inclusive environment for individuals interested in learning about Korea, whether you are a native speaker or a complete beginner. Through various activities and events, we aim to foster cultural exchange and build a strong community among members. 

***Our primary activity is the Language Exchange program between Korean and English speakers. Additionally, we have a Korean football team for members to enjoy playing together.

Key Information (When, Where and How Often We Meet)

When: We meet every second and fourth week on Wednesday at 6pm.

Where: Our meetings take place at the LJMU Student Life Building (SLB). The room may vary depending on bookings, so please check our Instagram for updates each week.

How Often: We gather during the second and fourth weeks of the month, with additional special events planned throughout the semester, including cultural workshops and language exchange sessions.
