Description
Do you like singing? Do you love free karaoke? Are your walls too thin at home to belt out your favorite song? Ours are too, the LJMU Karaoke society is a place where like minded individuals can meet up, grab a microphone and choose from any song in the world (literally). From rock to pop you’ll find individuals with a variety of music tastes! We host our socials in Celtic Corner, upstairs from 8pm-11pm every Tuesday!
About Us
Welcome to the LJMU Karaoke society and thanks for being interested in joining us! We are a group of individuals who love all things singing, whether it’s Hamilton the musical, The entire black parade album, Oasis or Mr. Brightside we’re here to support all of your dreams of being Liverpool’s next top singer. We’re easygoing and our venue is a lovely place with supportive staff, our committee is always available to make sure you’re having an amazing time.
Key Information
We meet at 8pm, every Tuesday at Celtic Corner located close to the Student Life Building and Central station in Liverpool. We are right at the heart of the city just a 5 minute walk away from Queen’s square bus station as well. Our sessions run weekly during term time! Keep an eye out on our social media @ljmukaraokesociety so you don’t miss out on our themed nights and collabs!
Why Us?
If our previous information hasn’t swayed you yet we are a perfect place to make friends as we allow chatter whilst our karaoke goers go up and sing their hearts out, nothing breaks ice faster around us than belting your heart out to Evanescence or Heathers the musical! We do not require members to sing so if you’re just coming along for the ride we have a lot of other things to do such as our infamous punching machine, drinks and chatting with other members!
