About Our Group

Our goal for the formula 1 society is to bring together motorposrt fans from across LJMU to create a community for fans to connect. From casual watchers to die hard fans everyone is welcome to join. We want to hear it all from the first race you ever watched to your favourite driver and championship predictions. This society is ran by motorsport members across many different years and courses all as passionate about formula 1 as eachother. 

Throughout the year, we will meet up to debrief and discuss races. We discuss everything from who we think was the driver of the day to the questionable team orders. Have you ever watched a race and wanted to talk about how your team climbed from last to first or how they dropped from pole to a DNF. Well if you have the formula 1 society is the perfect place for you becuase in this community of fans we do just that. You can connect with others who support the same team and driver or discuss iconic battles from Senna and Prost to Abu dhabi 2021. 

Everyone is welcome in the society, whether your just begining to watch the sport or you've watched it since before you can remember. Come share you what you love with others who also love it.
