About Us

If you're interested in horseriding, whether you're a complete beginner, an advanced rider, or if you just want to have fun on socials and meet new people, then LJMU Equestrian Club is for you!!

Key Information (When, Where and How Often We Meet)

We ride at Bold Heath Equestrian Centre and use their amazing horses for our lessons every week. Competing teams ride on Wednesdays and non-competing riders will have their lessons at an allotted time TBC.

Why Should You Join Us?

We welcome riders of all abilities! Alongside our lessons for riders ranging from beginners to advanced, we have 3 competing teams. In our competitions, we travel across the country to compete against other universities competing in dressage and showjumping.

If you aren't interested in competing then we have the option of weekly lessons which can improve your riding and be a fun way to destress from uni work! We also have weekly social events which include nights out, parties, day trips to Aintree, and much more.
