Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on leverage, technique, and strategy rather than brute strength. The aim is to control your opponent and apply submissions like chokes or joint locks — think of it as physical chess, where timing and precision are everything. It’s a great way to build functional strength, flexibility, and mental resilience.
Our BJJ group welcomes all skill levels, whether you're stepping on the mats for the first time or looking to refine your technique. We train regularly with experienced coaches and create a supportive environment where everyone can learn at their own pace. For those keen, there are opportunities to compete, but there's no pressure — training and progression are just as important.
Come roll with us — it’s not just about learning to fight, it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a close-knit community.
