To mark World Mental Health Day, this year we are following the NHS guide '5 ways to wellbeing'.
1) Connect with other people: Join fellow students and enjoy tucking into a free student lunch
2) Be physically active - Take part in our rowing challenge with the chance to win big prizes
3) Learn new skills - Get creative by joining us for a craft session
4) Give to others - Throw your weight behind Porridge Party and support a local charity which serves vital food portions to classrooms across Zambia and Zimbabwe.
5) Pay attention to the present moment - Take a journey round JMSU and LJMU advice and support stalls and get any of your burning questions answered.
