Give it a Go - Pilates

Whether or not you've tried Pilates before, all are welcome to try this core-based workout which strengthens and tones abdominals, glutes and arms. Pilates also improves posture and spine health. 

You will need to download Zoom beforehand (https://zoom.us/download

Please make sure you are all set up in a quiet space with your mat ready, and some props might be a good idea - Yoga strap (don't have a one, use a towel or a belt), blocks (don't have them use some thick books), blanket, cushions, etc, feel free to get improvising. We will be signed into the Zoom meeting 15 mins before the class to answer any questions you have.
