Tickets & entry

  • Tickets help us manage numbers in the venue, but you can attend at any time, no matter what your ticket says.
  • Even with a ticket, we'll check your LJMU student status at the door using your ID card or enrolment letter.
  • The quiet period from 10:30 to 11:00am is for students who'd like a calmer environment.

Getting to the fair

Free shuttle buses

The fair is a short walk from our campuses and many student halls, but we'll run free shuttle buses all day from 9:30am until the event ends. They loop between five LJMU buildings and the Exhibition Centre.

Accessibility: each coach has one wheelchair space. Look out for JMSU staff with lollipop signs, ready to help.

Over 200 student groups and 40+ volunteering partners

Accessibility & prayer space

  • Quiet spaces available throughout the day
  • Ear defenders and ear plugs provided if you need them
  • Multi-faith prayer rooms on site
  • JMSU staff around all day to support you, just look for our team

Sustainability

We're working hard to reduce waste, so please reuse your tote bag and cup throughout the year.

Safety & lost property

  • Speak to a JMSU Steward straight away in an emergency
  • There'll be a First Aid Station on-site all day
  • Lost something? Email JMSUevents@ljmu.ac.uk with a description and we'll do our best to help
