Our staff across LJMU have been completing lots of actions for sustainability through a programme called Green Impact, and now it’s time for us to audit their actions and check what they’ve done
Green Impact student auditing is a great practical, career boosting experience. Auditing is a key skill employers look for and we're looking for student auditors!
When?
Audits will take place on Wednesday 13th May, 9.30am – 4pm. You’ll receive training in the morning and perform audits in the afternoon, and we’ll be providing lunch and refreshments on the day.
Where?
The morning session will take place in room 210 at the Student Life Building. After lunch you will go in pairs and visit staff teams for the audit, or you may perform this online via Microsoft Teams.
What will I need?
We will provide lunch and refreshments. If you'd like to bring a water bottle please feel free. If you have access to a laptop, please bring up but no problem if not - just let us know.
Benefits
Auditors will get a certificate that they can use on their LinkedIn and CV, as well as 50% student access to Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals, which hosts huge amounts of great resources and webinars about environmental topics and graduate careers.
