About Our Group

We are the official society for LJMU history students, as well as for any students who have a passion for History or want to socialise! 

Key Information

We meet every Wednesday at the Hope and Anchor for our social.

Things you should know:

• We have sober representatives -- there is no need to drink at societies, you are more than welcome to attend if you chose not to, and you're guarenteed to have just as good a time!
• We offer help and support -- for both generally queries on what it is like to study history at LJMU, to guidance on essay-writing, study tips and anything else you may need!
• We run other events -- we invite historians and our lecturers to discuss their interests. We also have events on the weekends, such as walks around the city, visits to the museum and meals.
