All girls fitness, health and wellbeing society. Our society is inclusive and welcoming, we are an all-girls society dedicated to getting you into health and fitness. It doesn't matter if you are an avid gym goer or a complete beginner, this society encourages all abilities. Our main aim is to remove the barriers which may be in the way currently when thinking about fitness and the gym. Our promises:

Key Information (When, Where, and How Often We Meet) |
When? We aim to provide you girls with 1 fitness or yoga session a week (all things L-B-T, HIIT sessions) - these will be held in the activity room in the SLB. We are also looking at starting a run club aimed at beginners, or those who want to come for a chatty run. As well as this, we will also hold a sober social session at least twice a month, this is aimed for those of you who want to meet up without drinking being on the agenda - coffee meet ups & walks, cinema dates and a lot more to come 😉 The G&G membership is FREE!!! - All events will also be free unless we hold events which are away from uni but don’t worry, we will make you aware!! All events and fitness sessions will be ticketed just so we know number size. |
