Whilst prioritising your wellbeing shouldn't be confined to a week, this week we are really putting it under the spotlight.
Students and staff are invited to focus on their wellbeing through activities to mark Wellbeing Week. Running from today until Friday 11 March, the week is packed with workshops, forums, sports activities and craft sessions hosted by both LJMU and JMSU which are designed to boost physical and mental health. Alongside getting stuck into smoothie bike racing, bookmark scratch art, badminton and resilience workshops, the activities planned will also highlight useful services available to students who need support.
