Welcome back to University, we hope you enjoyed the break! Semester two is with us already and it’s sure to be an exciting but busy one for us all. There is lots happening here at LiverpoolSU – below are just some of the highlights…

Did you know we are life changing?

Each year we publish our Impact report which reviews the previous year and keeps you informed about what we have been up to. In 2013 we had 13,118 conversations on campus with LJMU students. These conversations are crucial in developing the work we do as your Students’ Union.

Highlights of the report include;

An estimated saving of £2.5million* straight back into students pockets through our NUS Extra scheme.

1 in 3 students took part in our Welcome Activities in September.

We reported an increase in student accommodation standards and student satisfaction through our Rate Your Landlord Survey.

You can view our complete Impact Report at www.liverpoolsuimpact.co.uk

*The Average student saves £542 per year with an NUS Extra Card.
