A few of you have let us know that you're having issues logging into the website to pay for Club or Society memberships - don't panic! If you're getting an error message then please send your name, LJMU email and student ID number to studentsunion@ljmu.ac.uk and our IT whizz kids will have you up and running in no time. It can take 24 hours for the data to refresh but after this you should be able to log on.
You'll need to make sure you're using the right information when you reach the LJMU portal though, so make sure you're using your username with @ljmu.ac.uk and then your university password.
