LJMU Green Week is taking place between 8th and 12th February 2016 with a whole range of initiatives and activities happening on campus throughout that week. The Community team has been working with the LJMU Sustainability Team to help them facilitate a two-day clothes and accessories Swap Shop in the John Lennon Art and Design Building.

Here at LiverpoolSU we’re specifically helping the team out by having a clothing collection point at the LiverpoolSU John Foster Building reception, and especially jeans.

For students and staff that work/study across other sites clothes can be donated to the following points between today (21st January 2016) and Thursday 28th January:

• John Lennon Art and Design Building.
• Redmonds Building.
• John Foster Building (LiverpoolSU reception).
• Tithebarn Street Building.
• Byrom Street (James Parsons Building).
• IM Marsh.

The Swap Shop will take place at the John Lennon Art and Design Building on both Monday 8th and Friday 12th February where you are free to browse the shop, help yourselves to clothes and accessories, donate warm coats for the Whitechapel Centre and get advice on mending/altering items.
