Update to your Freshers programme
Along with LJMU and in advance of the upcoming State Funeral for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, we have updated JMSU on-campus events running on Saturday 17, Sunday 18 and Monday 19 September.
Updated information for events is as follows:
Freshers Fiesta – rescheduled for Wednesday 21 September
JMSU Hangout: IRL – time changed to 5pm until 7pm
Crazy Music Bingo – rescheduled for Sunday 25 September
Advice & Support Fair – now holding one fair instead of two, this will take place on Wednesday 21 September
SLB Welcome Day – Activity incorporated into a ‘Bumper Edition’ Freshers Fiesta on Wednesday 21 September
Bubble Football – rescheduled for Monday 26 September.
These changes will allow people to pay their respects whilst still providing you with a warm and welcoming Freshers experience.
Cool It - an external promotions agency who facilitate the evening events programme for Liverpool students - will continue to run a series of night-time events throughout Freshers. Attending these events will be down to personal choice.
