Hey guys, it's Shaquita your VP Education! Are you still in Liverpool over Winter Break? Do you want to make some friends at university, but not sure where to start?
I've got some amazing events over the break for you to get involved in! Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, we've got some events that are suitable for all. From community initatives to winter walks, I wanted to make sure there were varied opportunities for LJMU students to get involved in. I know it can be hard trying to make friends at university, especially during a time of relaxation and when people may be returning to their homes during Winter Break.
My goal is to make sure you feel included, have a blast, and build connections with fellow students.

I understand that not everyone celebrates Christmas or feels the festive vibe, so myself and JMSU are here to create an amazing experience for everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs over the winter break. This is also the best opportunity to make friends with new people who like similar things to you!
