Run or dye

We look after the PR for Run or Dye, the world’s most colourful 5km and I wanted to get in touch about getting some of the students of Liverpool John Moores University.

Run or Dye are interested in recruiting a number of students from selected areas to take part in a unique opportunity to work as an ambassador alongside them to help promote events. Students would be involved in marketing for the local event, trying to sell as many tickets as possible. Ambassadors will each be allocated a unique £3 off discount code for fellow students; every time it’s used for race entry the ambassador will earn £2.

Run or Dye can then keep a record of how many tickets each ambassador sell with a view to providing a prize to the ambassador who sells the most. There would be room for creativity in terms of promoting the event, providing the ideas were on brand. Ambassadors would also be asked to flyer and distribute approved collateral.

Run or Dye are hosting 15 events across the country in 2015 with the Liverpool event taking place on 6th June. Run or Dye is inspired by the Hindu festival of Holi, also known as the ‘Festival of Colours’ and invites friends and family to celebrate fun, fitness and friendship as they run, skip or dance their way through the 5km course whilst being blasted with corn-starch colour dye.

What’s in it for them?

Those who are selected to take part in this marketing opportunity will receive a cash reward of a £2 kick back for every ticket they sell. This is a great opportunity for participants to make some extra cash as well as add a little something extra to their CV’s.
