LiverpoolSU’s Rate Your Landlord 2016 results have now been posted on the LiverpoolSU website, take a look and find out how your current or prospective accommodation provider has fared in the 2016 survey. These results can be found at bit.do/rylresults
At LiverpoolSU we’re really keen that Rate Your Landlord is always delivering the best results for students and in order to continue to design and deliver the best survey possible, Rate Your Landlord is taking a break for the 2016/2017 academic year.
Vice President Community Engagement at LiverpoolSU, Daniel Crombleholme said: “Rate Your Landlord has been a great asset to all Students’ Unions in Liverpool for the last few years and has been the key instigator in many providers making improvements.”
“By giving Rate Your Landlord a break for this year, we’re able to have a look at the survey and make sure that it’s delivering for students when it returns for the 2017/2018 academic year.”
“However ensuring students have fair living conditions is still a priority for us at LiverpoolSU. Therefore instead of Rate Your Landlord we’ll be working to ensure students who are receiving poor service and conditions in their homes are heard and action is taken to identify these providers and remedy these situations.”
If you’re a student who’s having issues with your current provider and would like free, independent advice, our colleagues at Liverpool Student Homes are on hand to help. They’re the official University private accommodation service for LJMU, University of Liverpool and Liverpool Hope University students.
