Rate Your Landlord is back for 2016 and now bigger and better than ever before. With a revitalised look and a refreshed survey, we want to know more than ever about where you live.
Over the next three months we want to know all about where you live; what’s good about it, what’s bad, what you’d change and what you pay are just a few of the questions that we ask. This survey continues to be open to all students studying in Liverpool, regardless of institution.
We then use your information to deliver anonymous feedback to your accommodation providers and lobby both the University and private accommodation providers across the city. This is to ensure that they are delivering excellent services meaning you are happy, healthy and safe during your time in their accommodation.
The survey is one part of a year-long process for the Community Team at LiverpoolSU. During the Summer months, your Student Officers and staff from LiverpoolSU visit providers giving them an anonymous, individual breakdown of their results and then ask for an action plan to be developed following student feedback.
We’re also offering students the chance to be entered into our prize draw to win £100 every month between now and the survey closing. Your accommodation provider may also be offering additional prizes which we’ll also be conducting the draws for.
