International Students, we are with you.
As international students, we know you're experiencing additional pressures on top of those that the rest of the student body are already experiencing. Whether it's issues around your visas, international funding, family and friends back home or assessments, your SU is here to listen to you.
We have set up a specific International Student page to support you at this time, where we will have answers to your frequently asked questions and be signposting you to any information that you might need. You can also join in the conversations happening on our new Facebook Group.
We have, and will be continuing to advocate for you and your needs during this period. Your Executive Officer team have been liaising with both the University and the Government through the National Union of Students to help international students navigate such uncertain times. We are also having regular conversations with your International Student Officer, Camila, to be better prepared to represent you in the issues you're facing. We will continue to relentlessly lobby for and request answers to the questions you’re asking.
So, whether you are still here in the UK, or you have flown back to your home country, the SU is here for you. We are working hard behind the scenes and will be in touch with answers as soon as we can.
