You can buy your official Freshers’ wristband from either the LiverpoolSU website or from our partners, Cool It, via their Skiddle events page.

I can’t find a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes they automatically go in to these folders. Please also bear in mind that the emails aren’t always immediate, they may take a short while to process.
If you still cannot find it, log into your www.liverpoolsu.com account, using the email and password you used when you purchased the ticket, and download your e-ticket from the Events section of your account. If you can't find this please email studentsunion@ljmu.ac.uk (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) and we'll be happy to help.
Can I bring a friend to an event who isn’t an LJMU student?
There may be space available for customers to pay on the door on the night, however the only way to guarantee entry is with an official Freshers' wristband. We do try our upmost to keep groups of friends together, so if you have a friend who would like to come to one or two nights only, we may be able to queue jump them where possible, but they will have to pay on the door. Note: We cannot guarantee entry without an official Freshers' Fest wristband.
Can I buy just a Freshers' (Welcome) Ball ticket and not a wristband?
All wristband holders will be guaranteed entry to the Freshers' Ball. There may be a small allocation of spaces left for people to buy individual tickets to the Freshers' Ball once wristband sales close on 20th September, but this is dependent on how many wristbands are sold to this date. Note: Last year we sold out the day before Freshers' Fest started, and we're expecting to beat this for our 2015 Freshers' Fest wristband sales.
