Hi! It's Mollie, your VP Activities here to let you know what to expect at Freshers' Fair! 

 

 

Freshers’ Fair is our biggest event of the year.  There is something for every single student, whether it's finding the right student group for you, gathering essential student info or just coming for the FREE Dominoes, you won't be disappionted.

 

JMSU FRESHERS' FAIR 2019 

M&S BANK ARENA, KING'S DOCK, L3 4FP

WEDNESDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER, 10AM - 4PM 

 

What to expect:

• We have over 100 clubs and societies and this is where you can find the one for you!  You'll be able to find out about trial sessions, tasters and all the dates and times for the first meetings.
• This year we have loads of funky brands attending including Amazon, Boohoo and Junkyard Golf, giving you amazing freebies
• If it’s the bar your looking for, all 3 of our partner bars are there to let you know about the amazing EXCLUSIVE offers all LJMU students get.
• Who doesn’t love a freebie? There are so many freebies to give away, from food and sweets to kitchen essentials and stationery & more...
• Info on services (student finance, library services, student advice and wellbeing) from the university is very important as you’ll never know when you’ll need it. LJMU services will provide you with all the information you need.
• Don’t worry if you don’t know the city very well yet, Freshers’ Fair is the perfect place to do this!

When to get there:

• Freshers’ Fair gets extremely busy - we welcome around 10,000 students every year so we would suggest getting there as early as you can - freebies are limited and we don’t want anyone to be disappointed.
• Sports teams trials sign ups get filled up quickly so to avoid missing out get your name down quick.

How to get there:

• Buses run thought out the day from evey campus location across the city - find the bus stop locations here.
• It’s also just a short walk away from Liverpool One along the docks.
