A social group for meeting students from around the world

The International Society was set up in September 2014 as the World Travel Society, created for both international and UK students to socialise over a few refreshments!

People from around the globe or anyone with an interest in travel is invited to come and meet others through the society. You’ll be able to learn about life in other countries and share languages and culture. Some meetings will be themed to celebrate a different region of the world - with members sharing a little bit about themselves and their lives in their home countries.

Over the years we've heard about life in Oregon, South Africa, Norway, Canada, Taiwan, France, Iran, Ghana, Bermuda and Burma. Our meetings have now ended for the year but make sure you join us at our next group meeting in October 2017 where we'll have loads of information of what we've got planned for the year.

Why you should join us:

The International Society is a fun way to make friends from around the globe while having a fantastic time exploring Liverpool and its surrounding areas. It won’t take long for you to feel at home with our wonderful family! Come say hello!

                                                                                When do we meet?

We meet the first monday of every month in Redmonds Building, Room 523
