TSV: Top Places to Chill in Liverpool

Joshua, a Business Mangement student here at LJMU has rolled up his top places to unwind around Liverpool. Whether you're a fan of a picnic in the park or enjoy walking in the sand - we've got some perfect locations for you! Let's dive right in...

Sefton Park
One of my personal favourite spots in Liverpool. It is a great place to go with friends to chill. There are so many benches so you can always get a seat. It is also a great place to plug in the earphones and listen to a podcast whilst having a walk around the park. On sunny days Sefton Park is packed with people having BBQs and having a great time so when its sunny be sure to visit!
Otterspool
Another great place to unwind and enjoy the stunning views of the River Mersey. A more peaceful area of the city means it is a great place to destress. It is also a great place to go for a cycle and there are lots of places to rent bikes and scooters across Liverpool which are lots of fun and a great way to take your mind of the stresses off university.
Formby Beach
There is so much to do at the beach, but it's also perfect for when you just want to chill. Coming into summertime you definitely want to pay a visit to Formby beach. There is also picnic areas, paths to the beach and woods to explore, it can be easily reached by getting a train and is ideal for a seaside day out. 
Royal Albert Dock

A lovely place to go for a nice walk. There are lots of nice places to stop and relax for a while and grab a coffee or a bite to eat and theirs also a donuts stall which is amazing! The Docks is right beside Chavasse Park which is located beside Liverpool ONE and has nice areas to chill overlooking the Royal Albert Dock.
