Though we have an excellent support services within the university, here are some external national and local organisations that can support you. 

 

Emergency Support:

If you or someone around you is at immediate risk, go to your nearest A&E or call 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Shout - Free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service. Text SHOUT to 85258.

Samaritans - 24/7 emergency phone and email support. Call 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org . 

 

Everyday Support and Information:

Talk Liverpool - Urgent and non-urgent psychological wellbeing support (NHS)

Student Space - for wellbeing support through the pandemic and beyond.

Hub of Hope - enter your postcode and it will bring up all the mental health services in your area.

Mind - for information and support for positive mental health.

Young Persons’ Advisory Service - Mental health and emotional wellbeing service and events.

Mary Seacole House - Granby Community Mental Health Group primarily for BAMER people across Liverpool.

Student Minds - National student-led campaigns for positive student mental health.
